We provide a yoga mat, two blankets, a large and small bolster, and an eye mask. To enhance your comfort, feel free to bring a pillow for your head or any additional items that help you feel fully relaxed.
Perfect for anyone needing a midweek reset, relief from stress, or support with seasonal tension. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early; no late entry after 6:15 PM.

While sound baths are generally safe for most people, individuals with certain medical conditions—such as severe mental health disorders, epilepsy, or a history of deep vein thrombosis (DVT)—should consult with their healthcare provider before participating. Sound baths may produce monaural beats; if you are prone to seizures, you should check with your physician. If you wear a cochlear implant, please let your sound facilitator know. If you have sensory sensitivities, please contact Adriana to discuss options. Results may vary from person to person.
